Somebody want to explain why when an officer says to stop or freeze, you don't and you jeep moving. Have we moved to a time where it's OK to disobey law enforcement and not expect some sort of repercussion.

Look it's not worth arguing with him. I've long since given up on speaking about theses issues with those who preach respectability politics. All it does is frustrate you. We all have to find peace somehow, this is just how he chooses to do it. I have these arguments all the time... Even with some of the old heads. Its tiring

In all seriousness, there is supposed to be some instances when our constitution says the peasants can say no- for instance:
1)Can I search your car
2)Will you sign this waiver stating you no longer own your vehicle- if you do we will let you free
3)Can you pop your trunk?
4)Can I have your phone for a few minutes?
5)Will you submit to a breathalyzer?
6)Can I search your home?
7)Will you wear a tracking device/wire?
The list goes on...
However just because the constitution says you can do something doesn't mean Deputy Billy Bob will let you.

Right or wrong if a police officer ever has an occasion to point a gun at me I am not moving or saying a word except yes sir/ma'am unless specifically told to do so. I'll make my stand/argument at a later date.

I get it, I get the frustration but like I said him getting you pissed and calling him names just doesn't do shite. All it does embolden him and he gets back up from his e friends. If he just wants to go through his life like that just let him. It's not worth it
