It's no fun being an illegal alien!
The way to solve this problem of illegal aliens with no drivers licences driving around is obviously this: give all illegal aliens drivers licenses.

Cars crashing into houses and businesses happens all the time in DFW and usually its US citizens w/ a drivers license at the wheel. So having a license doesn't seem to make people better drivers.

But in this case the explosively careless driver seems to be an illegal alien.
Gas exploding homes are not terribly uncommon up North. When I lived in the NYC area for a few years, stories of exploding houses were not terribly uncommon. I must say that I am not crushed by the fact that gas is not available in my area.
