My parents live in that area. Taking a left off Brentwood onto Jefferson is literally taking your life into your own hands. I won't do it. It can also be difficult to turn right if some baw or soccer mom in an SUV who is turning left has pulled all the way up over the white line to the road making it impossible for you to see to oncoming traffic from the left.

I am in the turn lane each day taking the dog to Petz Plaza. People come off Brentwood and pull up to my bumper to go south on Jefferson. It never occurs to them that the traffic on Jefferson has the right of way. I'm surprised there aren't more wrecks there.
