Yes it is. Called my wife not long ago and she was watching a youtube when the water would not drain from the dishwasher. Called her back an hour later and she had taken the bottom apart, cleared and reinstalled.

roto rooter took maybe 30 minutes to unclog a toilet in my house. I think they charged their minimum of 175.
