I know it's the trendy thing now to be a runner...but I just don't think everyone is made to run. If you are constantly having pain and issues from the activity you are doing...maybe take that as a way of your body saying "hey, maybe look into another activity".

I think mine started after a lot of orange theory workouts....I was running at speeds far above my normal pace....i was burning over 1000 calories most classes

Stretching and special insoles cured mine. I suffered for about a year. I've been free of it for about 2 years now.
