look up powerstep pro full length orthotic inserts..
40 bucks.. i bought two pair..
its what my podiatrist told me to buy.. have helped trememdously.
Got the injections first, then a stretcher boot, with the new inserts.. i feel 20 yrs younger now.. put ur feet in the inserts first thing after stretching with the stretch boot....stretch every morning...

Call the foot and ankle center at the Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic. All of them are fellowship trained in their specialities. I have first hand knowledge of their abilities and their bedside manners.

If you choose anyone else you're doing yourself a disservice, Tank.

I went to Dr Garber here in lake Charles. So far the duexes is helping. I'm still hurting like he'll though
