Plane landing on HWY in Lafourche Parish

This is something you don’t see every day. I bet people were shitting their pants both all around on this one. Props to that pilot for making a safe landing.

Damn fine job.
I practice power out landings and it's hard enough to nail with a huge runway and clear path down. True skill is shown here between the power lines, vehicles, and energy management.

As long as we are safe and on the ground I don’t care where they are landing. Just bring a clean pair of underwear afterwards.

What are the odds that same plane would land there again on same day? Astronomical one would think.

Didn’t see the power lines until the third or fourth time I watched. Those would have messed things up.

I was traveling west bound on i10 when a see a small Cessna type plane coming towards me. It was getting lower and lower - I had the whole family with me. I told everyone this sob is about to land on the interstate. My oldest said no way. He was wrong once again. Dude landed on 12 in heavy traffic like it was normal.
