When executing a proper pile driver, you need to make sure you bend with your knees not your back. And make sure you protect your opponent by having him up in the air slightly as not to bend the neck on the landing. Brace it well. My favorite of the pile drivers is the tombstone... Made most famous by the Undertaker.
