The bases to the arch supports are still there today on Clendenning Rd. I didnt know what the hell it was until about 2 years ago. One of the older guys that worked offshore with me had a background in aviation and told me about it. Passed them twice a month since 2012 and had no idea what they were.

The founder of one of the big department stores in NYC had a Bugatti 57 like that. Macy’s I think. He drove it to work every day.

My Dad never went to McDonalds but I remember him getting a gallon of A&W to go home after walking 27 holes.
