At this point, pretty much any apartments accept section 8. It's the only way they can justify charging as much as they do to the people that actually pay rent.

Didn’t those apartments above Barnes and Noble have a rooftop swimming pool and were deemed as very expensive luxury apartments when they first opened?

Doubtful. Trademark Property currently manages Perkins Rowe. At least it's not Stirling.
