This is the dumbest getting fake mad thing i've read in a while. They didn't really fail, the questions are to ensure good service.
If you showed up and the food was soggy due to sitting in a box for so long, you'd probably be upset so they ask if you are already on the way or not.
The other questions probably due to the manner in which they have to enter stuff into the system. So just say, i'd like the XXX with everything on it, answer two or three questions and 30 seconds and should be ok.

Strawns is basically what Southfield grill copied
