Totally agree about not being able to understand them, but they can speak English fine. It's just their accent that makes it difficult. India's official language is actually English.

Then they can't speak English fine. How hard is it to pronounce the words the way they are supposed to in that language? The first thing we were taught when I learned a foreign language was how to pronounce the alphabet. Indians are the laziest mother frickers ever when it comes to this.
