La. R.S. 32:71 in part:
B.(1)(a) Upon all multilane highways, no vehicle shall be driven in the left-hand lane except when directed otherwise, preparing for a left turn at an intersection or private road or driveway, overtaking or passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction, or when right-hand lanes are congested; however, no vehicle being driven in the left lane except when directed otherwise or preparing for a left turn at an intersection, private road, or driveway shall impede any other vehicle that is traveling in the same lane and behind that vehicle.
(b) Upon all multilane highways, no vehicle traveling in the left-hand lane shall be driven at a speed slower than any vehicle traveling to its right on the same roadway.

That makes sense if a freeway has only two lanes. I guess I was thinking multiple lanes.

Actually that doesn't make sense. That law would only make sense when there's no traffic.

This. If someone is behind you wanting to go faster, then you pull to the right and let them pass. If they're speeding then let them worry about it.
i guess i should have clarified.
choice C is when there is traffic in right lane, Im going 15 mph faster than them yet some jackleg is up my arse when if I get over he won't pass and I get stuck in right lane and then nobody wants to let me back out.

I love when I'm on a crowded arse interstate going 70-80 in the left lane with the flow of traffic, and some a-hole behind me wants to jump at the first gap in the right lane, speed up until he inevitably encounters a vehicle in the right lane that everyone is passing, and then decides to cut off either me or someone ahead of me jumping back over.
