I personally don’t care for laws like this. You want to die, have at it. I agree with the other poster that says you should have to pay for it though. In Florida yesterday, I see a dad on his Harley with his du-rag helmet. Had what I assume was his daughter on the back in a full face helmet. And I thought, makes perfect sense, you get to be “free” and you are “taking care” of your daughter. No, you’re a selfish a-hole what doesn’t give a shite if your daughter is fatherless. I still believe you should have the right to ride without a helmet though.
