One of the best police videos I’ve ever seen. A Pasco County Deputy was chasing a fleeing vehicle when the driver and passenger bail. The deputy releases the dog to get the driver while he cuffs the passenger. The dog and driver disappear, and the Deputy makes the handcuffed passenger run a few hundred yards with him after the dog and driver. The dog was found confused, but still latched on to the driver.

The deputy and K9 have been on LivePD before.

I wasn't very impressed.

And my dog is trained better than that k9. Don't they spend thousands of dollars on these dogs?

That was awesome!

"Get em Shep!"

Cop dragged the cuffed passenger a quarter mile into the woods to find his K9 partner and the driver.

Probably a lot more than that. Looks like a German Shepard.

BP has transitioned to almost primarily Belgian Malinois because Germans are lazy and get distracted easily.

That dog needs more training. The perp was skin and bones and owned that dog for the most part.

Video was a lot less exciting than i thought it'd be. But good for the dog and cop.

Did you get out of there? Pasco County appears to be one big shite hole.

Why does he keep lying about picking the guy up and running with him?

I'd venture to guess that's a no-no.

What would happen if the perp was injured while in police detention because the officer was forcing him to run? Big payday for that meth head.

I love when the dog gets a nip in, and the shitheads whine and cry that the dog bit him. LOL
