It is so awesome. See how much you need. Don't make it too easy. Adjust the band to make sure it's tough enough.

They have a margin of error, but they generally put you close enough to know what you're doing.

My boy! Get it. I crushed it today on the pullups. I just couldn't stop.

5 lbs of ON cake batter protein powder, some BCAA, and the pull up band. Got to love Amazon. Almost ordered X3 off amazon, but I'm going through Dr.

Good luck. Just keep pressing play.

Shakeology
What are the benefits of this? It sure is praised in this thread

Gives you all the nutrients you need to lose weight and get fit.
I just calculated the calories in an ordinary healthy shake made at home. I'm talking nuts, kale, protein powder, fruits, and other veggies. The calories ranged from 400 to almost 700 calories.
One Shakeology is 160 calories. That's incredible, and it's way more packed with nutrients than the homemade shake.

Just knocked out week 10 day 2. MMX.
One thing I'm noticing is the original p90x I bulked up a lot more. P90X3 Classic is more of a cut, lean look. I like that a lot but at the end of p90x I was also cut just bigger.
as far as total physique, I still give the edge to the original p90x. Of course it's also 30-45 minutes longer so it doubt I'll ever do it again.

Dang, that's awesome. I sometimes miss P90X. I really liked the ab routine.
X2 is making me really lean. I don't know if it's the best look for the beach, but it's better than what I was.

good old ab ripper. i actually added a couple moves to it just to enhance it a little more.
lean is always a good look for the beach. still a couple more months to keep grinding
