The P90X Results and Recovery Formula. it's awesome, but it only has 10 grams of protein. I use Combat Protein Powder by MusclePharm. It has 25 grams of protein, and it has both an isolate and casein.
I use the Results and Recovery Formula after cardio type workouts and the protein after resistance type workouts.

If you're going to get Shakeology you really need to order through DrTyger. He can really save you a lot of money.

You can adjust the bands. Higher, easier; lower, harder.
Today, I still use it. It allows me to get more reps if I feel like I can't do anymore.
There's no shame in using it. As long as it's not a crutch, it will only help you get stronger.

What's the going rate through you?

Vaquero, the chin-up max allows you keep better form with your pull-ups then the chair, although there's nothing wrong wight the chair.
I can give you two pieces of advice to help you do more pull-ups.
1. Activate your scapulas before hand. Sabi knows what that is, they call it scapular retraction in X2. It's basically hanging from the pull-up bar and and pulling your shoulder blades up about 10 times. Does wonders for warming up those back muscles.
2. Always try to do one more than your last workout. Sometimes you won't be able to for every set, but if you consistently go up on some of them you're going to get stronger and be able to do more pull-ups.
As for my resume, when I started I could only do 1 pull-up. Every time I did legs and back I had to use the chair. By the end of P90X, I was keeping up with tall the kids. Doing 10 corn cobs unassisted, over 160 pull-ups in legs and back.
I have a personal best of 32 pull-ups. I recently started doing one-handed pull-ups.
Remember, don't say can't. Say I presently struggle with. You'll get better at them, trust me.

There's a couple of different package deals.
Combing it with a workout program is about $70 off with little to no shipping.

You're missing out.
$3.60 for a daily meal. You pay more for anything from a restaurant.

I didn't know it was a meal replacement. That's a different story

Yeah, I have it for breakfast every morning.
I usually add more stuff too it, but I did the math. It never costs me more than $4.50 to make a healthy, filling shake.

I've actually done the math. I make a shake every single day from fresh fruits and vegetables. One shake probably costs more than $10, and that's on the low end.
Each shake I make has fresh nuts, fruits, vegetables. Kale, spinach, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, you name it. That shite's not cheap.

Jeez, Sabi, you must be getting all that stuff from whole foods or something.
Shakeology has all the nutrients of that stuff already in it. Nuts, vegetables and blueberries are some of the ingredients.
