I've never done P-90x, but is it a terrible idea to play basketball for an hour or two before doing your first P-90x workout?

try working out in the morning then hooping at night. i was in the best shape of my life when i did it in that fashion

I think he does 40 and 18, but damn 32 - 16 is incredible.

32 reps of push-ups (military, wide, close, staggered, etc)
16 reps on pull-up bar (several variations)
Same amount of reps the entire workout for each different combo.

i'm in block 3 now. decelerator is pretty tough. I just did the challenge in block 3 and I am pretty sore. The rest of the workouts are the same i'm pretty sure.
