Situps suck for abs.
To make your abs look really good, lose body fat and do core work.

P90X2 has some of the best core work in it I've ever seen.
Just spitting out a bunch of random exercises like 3 ball planks, banana to boat, superman to iron man, and side plank leg left that work your core really well isn't going to help you if you don't have everything else working for you in good synergy.

First day in the books. Chest/ back and ab ripper. Sweating like all hell. I struggled mightily.

That's awesome!
My wife took a picture of me grabbing the yoga block in the hamstring stretch. I might post it.

My fingers are tingly. I did something wrong.

Are you eating enough? Maybe you should go see your physician.

Eating enough definitely isnt my problem. Ate a good bit throughout the day plus a chicken quarter some nectarines and broccoli for dinner then a post workout protein shake.

Yeah, I'd just ask my doc. You can never be too careful.

Yea going to follow up eventually. I imagine it's harmless. All my labs from a week ago are good. My guess is improper form messing with nerves.

I'm not gonna lie, there are moves that always cause pinched nerve feeling in my arms and stuff.

Chest and back is a killer. Are your fingers tingly now or are they always tingly? Does this only happen after a workout?
And Sabi you should deff post that pic.

Tingly now but easing up. Only after a workout really.

Then I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's probably just some mild nerve compression. Happens to me sometimes in workouts when I do a lot of push-ups. Using power stands help.

Yea...i'm in poor shape. Amazing what 3 months of not working out will do. And its not even like i was laying around being lazy.

Are you taking b vitamins? I had to stop because they were causing neuropathy.
Posted on 3/5/14 at 12:39 am to JJ27
I took a one a day and fish oil before working out. Thats about it.
