Yoga can help you increase flexibility and build your core strength and balance. Both help to prevent injury and you can also get some good ab definition.
That said, I've found the P90X3 yoga almost useless for me. It's been good for my husband bc he never does yoga but it's definitely just a good stretch for me, not a workout.
ETA - you WILL get a better workout if you buy the yoga blocks (to help you keep form & still reach the floor) and straps (to loop around your foot bc your not flexible enough to reach with your hand). Both allow you to do the moved with good form and activate the proper muscles.

I didn't take any before pics. I'm going to try to take some this time (I'm doing X2 again after my Recovery Week). I've already dropped down from a 36 waist to a 32 waist, though. I want to bulk up some more.

Did The Challenge for the third time around. Did 32/16 the whole way through with the burnout. I had a pretty sick pump after and was tempted to take a selfie. Then I remembered I was a heterosexual.

frick THAT. You´ve lost what? Half a ton?
Do it with clothes on, there´s no homoerotic intention, simply, want to see that before and after stuff.
I´m impressed, really.

Sabi´s proud, but not vain. I am still amazed at 30 lbs., on that frame. Obviously, he´s at a normal, to slightly light weight, if he´s big boned.
Kudos to him. Hence, my wanting to see pics.

So, more Mississippi, and no LA.
Did you live in Argentina? If so, ´till what age (and where)?
I´d imagine Mississippi to be soul crushing for you.

I was baptized there, and we stayed for a little while, but my dad wanted me to grow up in America. San Luis, Argentina.

The first 2 workouts of the recovery week were pretty tame. But I guess that's the point of recovery to give your body a little break.
Accelerator however was badass. I was dripping in sweat when I finished this morning.

2nd week challenge did 8-26. I doubled up with Yoga because i missed a day. I'm whipped, but man do you get a good pump.
