Just noticed you are from Lake Charles. So am I. We might know some of the same people though I think I am a little older than you. If you know any Mouton or Fullingtons they are probably some of my family.

It really is important, though. Great for flexibility, increases strength in places you didn't even know existed, and it relieves stress. I love it. The most important part of Yoga is the breathing, though. I like X3 Yoga, but I may start doing it in conjunction with X2 Yoga. 30 minutes just doesn't do it for me.

Yogax1 does it for me. I like the moves in Yogax3 better though.

I hate yoga too, but you can't argue with it's benefits.

Don't skip it. It is important.

My wife loves watching me go full tilt in crow/crane. In fact, she made show one of her friends. My wife actually sits and watches me do my workouts now.

ate canes for lunch today

gonna do pure cardio to nullify most of it and then fast the rest of the day

As much as I love the taste of canes, it is absolutely terrible for you.

Whatever you do don't look up the nutrition facts on a Caniac. It'll make you sick.

I can do Ted's Chair now on the left leg. I could always do it on the right side, but my left knee is my bad knee. I'm pretty happy about that.

wont eat rest of day + pure cardio + cardio abs

Quest fiber bars are good. I think fiber helps you lose weight, though. You're already in shape, so it may not be for you. I don't need them, but I eat them because the poops are awesome.

Fiber helps your digestive system run like a well oiled machine. No crap getting stuck. I used to take supplemental fiber everyday but I got to the point when I didn't have time to poop that much.

will look into them. been meaning to find soem new bars. i dont mind losing a little more, im trying to get a tad more cut up and then ill start a new bulking routine at the end of july

I saw some pics from when i was in high school and I want to try and get that big again. I was so loaded up on prohormones and all that shite, im surprised i didnt get bitchtits. basically had to take em to compete in sports, though. everyone was on em. Ill probably just take a good test booster and eat a shitload of protein this go round
