Get their Cantina Bowl without sour cream and guac. Or chicken soft tacos. They aren't TOO bad for you.

I know. The dude's saying shite to get a rise out of you and me. And frankly, it's working, and it's kind of fun to sit here and put him in his place.
Still waiting on that shirtless pic of him that he finds on the internet and photoshops out the guy's head.
I mean, here's what I look like. Isn't this how everyone looks?

I dont think he is preaching eating "cheat" food everyday . You also dont have to eat grilled chicken and salads everyday to reach your goals. If you want hot wings one day eat them and just adjust what you eat for the remainder of the day.

Nah, he was preaching eating shitty food everyday earlier in the thread. This is at least the second time he's come on here and spouted off a bunch of bullshite.

I hear you, and I agree you don't need to eat chicken and salads everyday, but hot wings and things like it can't be an everyday meal, even if you adjust the remainder of your meals for that day. They just take up too much of what is likely your suggested caloric intake. Maybe if you're trying to bulk you could do that, but with so many of your calories coming from fat in one meal, it's difficult to make that up.
But in theory, yes, I agree with you and people on this thread who are so neurotic about what they eat will more likely than not make themselves miserable and quit dieting altogether or just gorge themselves for a week on shitty food, which is probably worse than throwing in a random hot wing lunch/dinner.

My philosophy on cheat meals is this:
If you're eating the 5-6 meals a day or the 3 meals with 2 snacks or however you want to structure it, that means you're eating between 150-180 times a month. Try to keep the "cheat meals" under double digits and if you can't do that at <10% of them.
I find that this level of discipline really isn't that hard to maintain.

Frankly, you just get to the point that shitty food no longer sounds good to you.

Sure you can. I had a period where I was following a strict keto diet and traveling a lot. I ate fast food everyday and was probably the lowest bodyfat I have ever been. It is obviously not healthy though.

Actually, that's exactly what rocket said, but I don't care.
I drink Shakeology every single day, and I love it. And it's not just a "it just works for me". It works for anyone.
This morning was Rip'T Circuit. I have Incinerator tonight.

Those are two of my favorite workouts.
I love working a muscle to failure. It hurts, but it hurts so goooood.

What do you mean by "it works?" How exactly does it "work" better than similar meal replacement products that are a fraction of the price.
And how does it work better than a small meal of real food?

How did you avoid the carbs?

Double stacks no bun, no ketchup.

Yes, sir. I love the workouts. Core Cardio in the Beta Cycle makes me hate life, but I love the swear I get.
I think I need new resistance bands. Mine are almost worn out.

Guh. Man, that sounds horrible.
Did you eat that for every meal?
And out of curiosity, why do the ketogenic diet? It's intended to keep people from having epileptic seizures is why I ask.

Awesome.. Buddy of mine has got T25 for his wife and she hates them and he's not gonna use them so he's giving them to me..
So I'll have both T25 and X3 ... Gotta figure out how I can do both at the same time
