Finished week 2 of T25. Intense, especially on 1600 calories a day. Thinking about doing P90X3 afterward. What kind of calorie allowance does it give you? Unlike classic P90X, I am always hungry doing T25.

Doing The Warrior today (P90x3). Any tips before going into it? My body is totally dead from this first week.

Good luck. You will understand my "damn second floor" post.
I dont think it would be that bad if I wasnt so sore.

I had to quit shortly after the warmup. There was no way I would be able to do push ups or most of those exercises. I felt like I was going to tear something on the first few minutes.
I have a hard time distinguishing "pushing through the pain/soreness" and "knowing when your body needs a break so you don't injure yourself"

Haven't read all 19 pages but is this much different than the p90x or insanity?
Husband has both already and just ordered p90x3. Just checking before I go bitch at him for spending 150 on the same shite he already has.

All 30 min workouts. Much easier to stick with IMO

I skipped The Warfior last week thinking that the Day 6 was probably a joke like Kempo was in P90X. Jeez... Not at all. Tony brought the heat on Day 6.
And, I concur. F--k the top, bottom, and 2nd floor.
And I thought I was done with Pfeiffer Scissors. You gotta be kidding me....

Finished Pilates X.
Pretty weird, but I bet my abs will be sore in the morning. It basically is a 30 minute Ab ripper.
Missed a day sick this week so I still have to do the Incinerator to catch up. Am I about to die?

I am about to start week 3, so I have not done either if those.
However, I already know that this is my favorite workout video yet.

Incinerator wasn't as bad as I thought, but maybe I'm biased because I love lifting to failure. Call me a glutton for punishment.
I think I was fooled at first because the first two lifts I picked too light of weight. Then when it gets to the arm workouts I was picking too heavy and could only make it to about 8 reps and had no gas left for the body weight exercise.
And that burnout killed me. I never thought I'd be so happy to hear "downward dog."

Just finished the third day, the dredded "challenge" tomorrow. I felt like an idiot during some of the Yoga moves, I am not nearly as flexible or coordinated as I used to be.....
