He’s pretty damn liberal and I would assume was. Toya supporter early on.

Doesn’t change the fact that it sucks for him if this story he’s putting out is true.
The city must be pure hell to deal with these days as a small business owner. And Entergy is probably not much better

I'm so confused usage, of course not. But meter? Equipment? What on earth is a ghost meter? No way he just made that up

I’ve posted the stories before of my yearlong runaround with the Louisiana IRS where they harassed me and sent me to collections for a debt I didn’t even owe from 5 tax years prior.

the amount of straight up incompetence I had to deal with all but ensured my move away in 2010 will be permanent no matter how much I miss my family and the food.

I imagine laying on the laisez faire corrupt entitled attitude of NOLA on top is a nightmare for businesses to navigate

I mean, this is exactly how the mafia is able to come into an area and gain control.

Why?

This isn’t the first thread with someone making the same claims as his. Businesses and residents have made this claim about Entergy billing incompetency for a couple years.

Because he obviously hasn't handled his business as far as paying his bills is concerned. This is just a smoke screen.

Believe me, any legit business would have taken care of this one way or another if it were a successful business. All of this sounds like an excuse.

How do you know? He wouldn’t be the first resident or small business that claimed they got an outrageous bill from Entergy out of nowhere one month.

Because you don’t know that this business hasn’t been paying their bills. You admitted you don’t know if the error was Entergy’s so it is possible this bill popped up out of nowhere very recently.

Pretty easy to find. He was very outspoken during covid and the restrictions. He knew he had to walk the line not to be a target.
