Essen has been atrocious for years. The lights are synchronized so you hit every red. Pure genius.

Essen has been a clusterfrick for years, hence why I never go there. I don't understand why the rest of Baton Rouge can't get the hint. Even when construction is finished and its 3 lanes each way, it will still be a clusterfrick unless they sync the 30 traffic signals on the one mile stretch of road.

It is just retarded right now. It literally took me one hour to get from Staring and perkings to 1-10 on Essen Thursday before last at rush hour.

This. There's no merge lane for people exiting the interstate.

Although if we use the merge exit lane on college drive, we learn that Baton Rouge drivers are too stupid to use merge lanes off exits properly anyways.
