It's not fascinating, it's disgusting.

Exhibit A in how race relations will always be a lost cause.

I was in San Juan eating lunch at a Chili's(trashy, but I was in a hurry and it was in the hotel,) when the verdict was announced, mostly locals in the place and they cheered like the PR futboll team had just won the Caribbean championship, didn't understand what all their elation was about

I think every group is subject to it. I remember when Ken Jennings got the Jeopardy record for wins in a row. I was living in a very Mormon neighborhood, it wasn't safe for weeks after that.

My freshman year at LSU. The algebra professor let us out of class early because she wanted to watch the verdict. I headed to Kirby Smith, and everyone was crowded around the big screen tv they had in the lobby.

When OJ was found innocent, this huge black dude turns to me and says "You white people are lucky. If OJ was guilty we would've been rioting all over your white asses."

And I remember all the black workers at my store running around cheering and celebrating that they finally got one of theirs off. It didn’t matter if he was guilty or not to them.

Was in the 3rd grade and our teacher actually let us watch it on CNN.

Before the verdict, we took a straw poll and it was 17 guilty, 5 not guilty.

NOT a racist comment, but a race observation comment, it seems most black people have an innate sense of "us against the man" inside of them that manifests itself at different levels, ex., I've noticed over the years that black friends rejoice and high five each other whenever a black athlete, no matter how big of a bitch or prima donna, or a-hole they may be, gets a huge new contract, doesn't matter if they're dirt poor or what, they just seem ecstatic when that happens
