OT Workout crew: Kettle bell swings are legit

Doing these absolutely tore up my posterior chain last night.

Did these in a super set with goblet squat and then alternating lunge jumps. 3 rounds for time.

Wow only real men can do this workout. Don't be a puss go heavy weight

Your lady will appreciate your new ability to transfer energy through the hips too

I do em with dumb bells. They're pretty awesome.

Yeah, I don't get why kettle bells need to be used for the same thing...

Bc It's easier to perform this movement with a 70 kettle bell than with a 70 dumbell.

The WOD was set up as 15-12-8; swings then goblet then alternating jump lunges.

Easier as in the handle is designed for both hands, not just one.

Heaviest we have are 32kg, or 70lbs.

Was it a full swing to the top, or a Russian style swing to eye level?

Not ribbed as to frick up your hands since you would be essentially sand papering them.

Not as wide

Designed for that purpose alone.

Other than that though...
