At frikkin Top Golf. I swing a few with the wedge. Then just trying to “smooth” a pitching wedge out to the big 90 yard target. RIIP/POP.

Tearing sensation in left outer arse cheek to lateral hip.

What the hell did I do?

There is no pain within the joint itself.

When you're so out of shape, you injured yourself at Top Golf.

You pulled an arse muscle. I’m no ortho, but speak from experience, though it happened on a wet floor and not at Top Golf. It’s a pain in the arse in more ways than one.

And it was a wedge. At least I could have went down like a man with a hideous driver sliced into the net.
