I'd like to know more about how you consumed a 1/4 cup of olive oil in one meal. Describe the entree and sides you ate to get that amount of intake......
Easy to get in one day. In one meal how about pesto? Inflammatory cascade in the body is highly regulated and isn't majorly affected by a shot of olive oil. Fish oil has some really cool properties like slowing atherosclerosis, improving triglycerides, membrane stabilization / antiarrythmic. Ain't fixing your shoulder though. Be careful with ascribing cause and effect just because there's a temporal relationship. Heading down a rabbit hole of quackery.

I guess I can see it now, how he had that much at once. Since I avoid the bread that goes with the pesto (or limit it to only one slice), I don't get much of the pesto.
What can be said about the regulation of inflammation, in regards to when more olive oil is not better, or more curcumin is not better, etc.?
