Looks awesome. I think it is too much for my two year old.

Read a lot of neg reviews. Most of which were 3 pages long explaining how the kids like but eff that place any way. Online reviews usually say more about the person writing it.

We were thinking about it. Prob just save $75 and go to the spring game

Nonsense. They'll have a blast. For 40 bucks you can have the kid and you and not spend anything else. And under 2 is free.

Bring snacks and drinks in your bag

Go first thing tomorrow morning when it opens and you'll probably have the best time. Get there 15-20 minutes before the box office opens and go straight to the rides and slides and it's easily worth the money. Right now there are lines but even they aren't all that long

Agreed. We went last year. I think we paid about $100 for two adults and two kids, which includes the interactive exhibit.

Main exhibit was a walk through that was roped off, although some parents let their kids through the ropes to touch the dinos. It wasn't that scary. The interactive exhibit had two ride on dinosaurs with long lines, some bouncy houses, and other activities, some which you had to pay extra for (fossil dig I think)

Overall, I think it was cheaply done and mainly a money grab but the kids liked it.

This is a fair assessment. I had about the same experience last year. Not going this year.

We went to it In Shreveport a few years back. Son was 5 and it wasn't to intense. I did feel it was a rip off financially though. Want to say we paid 75-80 bucks and took all of 20 min. All of the activities they have after the exhibit cost a good bit. Want to dig in the sand and find a bone, 5 bucks. Want to jump I. A space walk for 5 min? 5 bucks. I wouldn't waist my time or money on it again as I didn't think the exibit was all that. Just my opinion.

Sounds like you didn't know how it worked.

I paid 18 for myself and 22 for my 3 yo for the exhibit plus pass. My 20mo got in free.

The only things that cost extra were a Gem dig and face painting and we didn't do those. We got there at 850, box office opened at 9. We walked past the exhibits and the gift shop and went to the rides and slides. NO LINE.

I have 30 minutes of videos and pics where we are pretty much the only ones there. Then after other kids got through the exhibits and started coming to the activities we went back to the exhibits and let the kids take pictures of them.

For 3-7 it was a great time and worth it. We stayed until about 11
