I was refering to the fuel itself.
When he go the car the fuel did not smell like varnish at all so the fuel was more than likely still good.

Do you smell strong gas odor around around the manifold? If so you have a bad injector o-ring. I would get the injector cleaned and flow tested, check the crank position sensor, and possibly the cam position sensor. Those are some easy things to check to help narrow the list of possibilities down.
