Without knowing any other circumstances, no judge should give a shite about a joking conversation amongst friends. He or she should care about one party threatening others.
Do they have kids? Would you rather award custody to someone who engaged in a conversation about seeing new women post-separation, or to someone who threatened the safety of others?
If they don't have kids, his and her respective lawyers will most likely end up facilitating a divorce settlement and the judge won't pay any attention to any texts. A hearing officer might see them and use it in a recommendation, but I'd say that's about it.

A Judge would probably look at it and laugh. there's a chance she could be breaking the law. This is similar to wire tapping laws ect... you thought you were talking to someone in private, and information was taken without your consent. Added that she was fraudulent in the way she gained it by falsely assuming the identity of another person.
