OT Lawyers need advice on a permitting ticket.

Have a friend who was working a parking lost for Mardi Gras and got a permitting ticket. The business she was doing the parking lot for has a business license but did not have a permit. (To be candid the lot has been rented every Saints game and Mardi Gras for a decade but apparently now New Orleans decided it was perfect time to add a permitting requirement. The officer gave her a ticket for failure to pay a tax -a misdemeanor and two administrative tickets New Business License required and permit needed. The business did get the permit to satisfy the permit requirement but now i'm trying to give her the best advice to make sure she who was merely an agent of the company gets her record clean. Any advice. The case is in front of Judge Early in Municipal Court.
