re: OT lawyers.. Can you sue a company for harassment from phone calls?

If it is robocalls this will work like a charm (it has cut mine from 2-3 a week to maybe one a month or less) but should work for real people. Find the YouTube video of the disconnected phone recording and play it when they call. Literally the only thing that has ever worked for me, including FCC complaints re: do not call (which does nothing).
