Not a Doctor, but it could be sciatica for the weakness in your legs.
About eleven years ago, I had some pain and weakness in my legs. I could barely walk and the pain medicine made it worse.
They gave me some Lyrica and it helped, but made me more clumsy. So eventually, I started relaxing back and decompressing my back when I slept with my legs up, slowly the pain went away and did not need surgery. Before going this route, a doctor I saw, actually wanted to cut me right away.
Fast forward a few years later, another doctor was looking at my veins in one of my legs. They noticed one leg was bigger than the other and diagnosed me with vericose veins, and I have to wear compression stockings.

You really need an MRI. But due to you having a pacemaker. They can’t do one. Ask if they will do a contrast injection under fluoro to check for a torn labrum
The bruising is prob due to blood thinners.

I don't take them. Blood is to thin now.
Did call MY GP which is a friend. Waiting for him to call back.
Oh, can't have a MRI. Fixing to get a new CRT-D that a MRI can be done, but I still can't due to the three wires I have now.
