Hey Cosmo, When would one expect to begin seeing calcium? I'm just curious, I recently had a calcium score done and got a 0. I'm 57.

I was just a little concerned after Tony Robichaux, we were close to the same age, so I asked my GP if any type of test would be good to put my mind at ease (I was thinking a stress test/EKG) and he suggested that a calcium score is a really good indicator of potential problems.

CAC score is just for outliers. A score of 100-300 at 33 really tells your risk . Score of 0 at 65 really tells your risk. Non calcified Soft ruptured plaque is the one that cause massive heart attacks and death in people. Lesions go from 10% to 100% in minutes. Heavily Calcified arteries form slowly, create natural bypasses, and patients get chest pain on exertion. Over 20 years they’ll have 5 caths with stents then bypass then more stents before they die

Here it is:
Want to Reverse Your Calcification and Heart Disease?

If you watch the whole thing you will realized this guy is for real. His name is Patrick Theut. Look up his other videos.

Here's the first video I watch of him. You might want to watch it before the other one.
