All brands have different size glass demissions even though it's a 4/0-2/0 they aren't interchangeable. Find out what brand and where is was bought and go there and ask about ordering just the insert.
If that works I would then make 100% sure it will fit and then call a glass shop to swap it out. Unless you think you could handle the swap.
