OT Beach Bums: What do you use for a beach canopy?

I've been curious about something better than the "tailgate tent" we've used the past few years. I see the larger, golf-umbrella-on-it's-side type get ups but they aren't big enough.

I need a decent amount of shade but also something we can break down easily since we don't keep our stuff up overnight for days in a row.
