I always note that I am allowed to fingerbang any of the female staff at MY discretion.

I loved when I made a notation on a contract and the lady told me it was "illegal" to make a change. I asked her to right quick Google up that law for me so I could figure out the penalties for violation. I just love when people who have no clue say things are "illegal" to try to scare you from doing them.

Yeah I kind of laughed at you can't dictate terms. I am here with a broken ankle. Your lawyer obviously wrote this. I am under duress not really going to get a lawyer to review

those contracts are pretty meaningless, it's usually dictated by what the insurance company will pay, docs/hospitals get taken up the arse a lot more than you'd think

Yeah kind of meaningless for me to argue. They like work with you if insurance screws them bc something better than nothing

Yeah I like to pay my bills just tough to say I have no idea what I am going to charge or what your insurance will pay, but bottom line you are responsible for these things
The poor doctors though get screwed by people not honoring responsibility

I had to go to ER and was subsequently admitted a while back. After admission, they come in and tell me the hospital is Out Of Network. A couple of months later, insurance says they aren't paying at all and hospital sends me a giant bill. I call hospitals billing people and say "no way I am paying this ridiculous giant bill. Let's work something out, I will make a reasonable payment." They tell me they are sending the bill "for review" and I never hear another word. What does that mean?
