Max out your 401k every year.
It's even better if your employer contributes. Max out a Roth every year if you can. Save money and buy cars cash. If you can't afford a 15 year mortgage you have too much house. Get a job that doesn't have a ton of debt burdening you from school loans. Get a prenup. Have children/wife when you are ready. Most of all sieze opportunity when it presents itself. I'm 34.

Already had it before I turned 21. I was born into it.
However, in my late 20s, I invested into section 8 style housing facilities. They are absolute gold mines and the government will pay you tons of money in return to just have the thing built.
Then a few years later, I invested in a biotech company that has done extremely well.
