That's how you get 2nd and 3rd grade reading levels in 11th grade.

Homeschool =\= Virtual School

I would argue it is easier to teach a child to read via homeschool approach (one on one parent or tutor and child) than traditional school (1 or 2 teachers per 20 or so kids)

This all is going to increase the gaps in academic achievement amongst kids.

Kids of means, or with educated parents likely getting decent education.

Other kids are just gonna fall way behind.
