You come over to my house for dinner. We start to eat and I say... hey Joe, you want some salt?. You say sure, so I pass it to you. I then say... how about some pepper? You say yeah, so I pass you some. I then ask you... how about some pesticide as I hold up the can of Raid. What you gonna do? There's your answer.

What kind of salt?
French Sea salt?
Himalayan pink salt?
French gray salt?
Kosher salt?
Deep mined salt?
What kind of pepper?
Black, white green or red?
What variety of black pepper?
What variety of white pepper?
Green and/or red:
Local source or supermarket mass market?
Organic or regular?
Domestic or imported?
Fair trade?
GMO or not?
Gluten free?

There are way too many choices here so thank you for the invitation, but I think I'll just have to pass.

Is there an evidence that one is better than the other? That GMO and the like are harmful?

All foods are organic (Carbon based).

Are humans "Non Organic" because we use pharmaceutical chemical drugs to make us better?

Organic is just a label stating that whatever food item you have has not had any chemicals applied to it, fertilizer, pesticides and is not a gmo plant or in the case of meat has never been fed a gmo plant. Organic is in no way safer than non organic. It just costs more. It's a racket, but people are gullible and have no idea about farming practices so they buy what news media and bloggers like foodbabe tell them is better.

Penn and Teller have an episode of bullshite about organic food. It's a good watch.

I built a community garden in a neighborhood one time and one of the female development exec asked if the raised beds were going to be filled with "organic" dirt. I just did the thousand yard stare right through her.
