Nuclear (we have now) and fission/fusion reactors could be the breakthrough and alternative to really over take O&G.

Issue with both of those are, battery capacity and electrical infrastructure would need massive overhauls and innovation to support it. This would take decades and likely trillions to do.

We really are stuck with O&G for decades to come and any climate retard saying we shouldn’t use oil never acknowledges any of the negative facts of alternative energies available today.
