I understood where you were coming from. But at the same time, this is the OT. There's no escaping judgment, so why even try. You did something stupid purely due to your existence. Everyone else here could have done better and that's just the way it is.
Littering blows my mind though. Especially when there's a trash can within the picture. I always assume trash on the side of the road blew out of the bed of a truck or something. Then I see someone just chunk a fast food bag out a window and I remember "oh yeah, people are f**king terrible".

send picture and license plate number to the police, they'll issue littering tickets. Honestly any type of littering that isn't accidental is 10/10 trashy.

right when he pulled off a cop drove by and i flagged him down and told him. he said this isn't his parish call 911
