On a scale of 1 to 10 how trashy is this type of littering?

There were garbage cans all around, there is even one in the picture. This baw decided to dump his pumpkin spice creamer and sugar packets on to the ground instead of walking 10 ft to a trash can.
I'm armed and had no idea how the guy would react so I kept my mouth shut. This is why we can't have nice things.

no, dumbass. I wasn't going to risk an altercation with somebody because i do not want to have to pull my gun on somebody for littering. I don't know the guy, he might flip his shite and want to fight me if i tell him to put his shite in the trash. I figured it's better to leave it alone. If I'm carrying I'm doing everything possible to avoid an altercation, I'm not calling somebody out for littering and risking that.

Why even mention that you were carrying in the first place? It wasn't relevant to anything that guy was doing. I was with you in the original post until you just had to mention you were armed.
