Since it's a load of BS, why dont you leave your mask at home and go to OLOL. Walk around and volunteer to help. I've no doubt you will not contract the variant or 19. Get in yhere man and help.

I think it's more to see how your employer views the vaccine than for legal action. If they decline to sign it, they admit they don't want any liability if the vaccine is unsafe. If they sign it, they're taking some accountability for it's effects and their employees' safety from Covid is the ultimate goal
