On Thursday, Farese and his defense team will ask a Lafayette County judge to set a bond in the case.
Prosecutors said they’ll ask Theesfeld be held without bond and present evidence. Farese said character witnesses for Theesfeld will take the stand, like his parents.

They're trying to get him out on bond.
I have to think this kid is a flight risk. I could definitely see his daddy putting him on a chartered plane to South America.

Well yea he is. He was caught in Memphis and had to be extradited back to MS.
My guess is he will be held without bond.

Its not like he was popped in New Orleans trying to board a ship. He was like 50 minutes away. They could easily argue he was there for another reason, I used to go to Memphis all the damn time.
I think the argument for flight risk is his family money.
