If I had to guess it would be the people who lived behind the school more towards the canal. Used to be good people back there who just wanted some attention from the city for basic servicrs like cops passing through every once and a while and upkeep of streets. Brother Matthew was very much an advocate for those folks as was Brother Fisher

Seems more like residents from the area that are 'saving the residents who can't speak for themselves.'
Making sure the neighborhood stays the way they feel it should.
