So Rouses is not available through ShipT. I live probably 12 miles from the store and I am happy there is delivery available. ShipT charges $99 a year for a "membership".

My dilemma is what to tip the delivery person? She is picking the order and delivering it. It is an $80 order.

Do you tip and how much??

No pics available of the delivery lady---assume an OT 2.

Whats it cost for you to drive to the store and back at about $1.50/mile?

I say minimum of $3.

Easily worth 10 bucks, just time-wise.

That's worth $10 I would think. Seems fair.

We usually do 10% rounded up.

$8-10 is reasonable for your order.

I was reading up on ShipT pay and they do get a fee per order but tips are a big part of their income

Don't you let your butler handle such things?

seems ShipT shoppers get $5 per order plus 7.5% of the orders from ShipT. They do mark up the food a little.
