Haven't seen that about Jones County yet. We're pretty close to there. Wife's family is up there as well.

i live in columbia..its really bad. Hadnt seen anything like this since katrina here. Lost a friend due to the tornado this evening. Buliding collapsed on her. Very terrible situation, left behind a husband and 2 year old. My dad said EVERY single vehicle that was in walmart parking lott and near there didnt have a window left in them. He was in town as it was happening.

yea its a bad situation. we have heard there is another death but hadnt heard other name yet. my dad said one building in town was completely in rubble and firefighters were digging people out. Numbers ive heard are over 50 are at local hospital "which has lost power and on emergency generators" and they transported 20 or more to hattiesburg that are more serious. Its a bad deal here right now. small town, and everyone knows everyone so it touches us all

Horrible.......... Mother Nature can be brutal at times... Prayers sent to ALL in that area.........
